How it works.
I will meet with you first to see where you are, what your goals are, and what your injuries may be. Then, we’ll meet 1-2x a week depending on what works for you. We’ll meet at your home, or in a park. I bring all the equipment, you just bring a good attitude!
Our sessions are an hour including warm-up and cool-down. All my workouts are written on Google Docs so if you ever want to have it sent to you, you can have it! I’d love for you to do it on your own!
You don’t have to be scared to work with me, I’ll meet you where you are.
Personal Training is $60 per hour.
