Claire is a NASM certified personal trainer, RRCA certified running coach, certified TRX level 1 & 2 trainer, and a PN1 Nutrition coach. Come chat with her about her nutrition groups, or one on one nutrition counseling. Her passions are helping people get healthier by changing their habits one by one, women’s sports, her children, playing soccer, running, lifting heavy things, and hiking. She loves being outside and being able to help people reach their potential with workouts and nutritional guidance. She feels like she has the best job in the world, and lets be honest, she’s probably right!
Ivonne is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer. Her passion for health and fitness came from years of training and competing in gymnastics. This eventually lead to group fitness teaching everything from Kickboxing aerobics, Zumba, Silver Sneakers and Boot Camp. As a mother of two, she identifies with the struggles mothers face in finding time to workout and take care of themselves. She strives to keep classes fun, challenging and efficient so participants can achieve and maintain their own fitness goals in a supportive community.
Andrea is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and avid outdoor adventure enthusiast. After a long recovery from reconstructive back surgery she gained a deeper appreciation for the benefits of exercise and the importance of maintaining a healthy body. She thoroughly enjoys challenging herself and exploring the northwest via endurance activities such as long distance cycling, trail running, and skiing. She encourages others to set healthy goals, train efficiently, and prevent injury so that they may enjoy the rewarding experience of outdoor adventure.
Chelsey grew up as a very active person, but she really fell in love with fitness when she moved to Austin in 2015. She started taking kickboxing, HIIT classes, later moving into heavier lifting and some Crossfit. It really became an important part of her life and she decided to study to teach fitness. She started teaching kickboxing and different bootcamps and she loves making fitness fun. She will always try to push people to be better, stronger and faster, but in a way that is never boring. She played soccer in high school/college and believes in some good healthy competition to help push you. Give her one hour of your day and she will do her best to make it fun, challenging and something you can look forward to!
Becca is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Group Fitness Instructor and a certified Pilates instructor. Her passion to help others drives her to continually learn and seek out new ways to assist clients succeed with their fitness goals. Like herself, Becca enjoys working with fun, goal oriented folks that love a challenging workout! She has worked with a variety of body types ranging from marathon runners, new mothers and clients with Multiple Sclerosis. When she is not training clients she keeps herself busy with her own fitness practice, taking long walks, going to the beach, reading and spending time with friends and family.
