Each class begins with a warm-up followed by a mixture of cardio and strength training that utilize the outdoor elements. Body weight and light hand weights
are both used to build strength. Our certified trainers incorporate effective exercises that allow participants to get the greatest results. We end with a cool down and a series of stretching exercises. We strive to ensure that everyone is challenged.

Directions:  PNC is at 6532 Phinney Ave North.  Park and meet in the lower lot by the brick building off of 67th Street.

PRICING 
Cost for the 7 week session depends on how many days/week you choose.  All prices include WA state sales tax.

1 class per week:  $99.64
2 classes per week:  $168.63
3 classes per week: $206.95
Punch cards are available if you cannot attend an entire session.  
4 classes for $61.32 valid only during the current session.
