Fresh Air Fitness group classes are held weekday mornings in winter at Golden Gardens and Phinney Neighborhood Center. Our instructors will inspire and motivate you to build strength and endurance for lasting health benefits. Our group workouts support every fitness level and help you in achieving your fitness goals. Every workout includes cardio conditioning drills, strength training, agility and balance activities. Classes change from day to day and incorporate safe and effective research-based activities.
